Both Derek Warren and Stuart Way are members of the Herne Bay Dining Club. A group of around eight members visit a restaurant and score it out of a 100. It is supposed to be “fine” dining, but basically anything goes. The club has been running for around a year and a half and was set up by Kevin Almond of Nutcutters, Herne Bay.
We will be posting reviews of the relevant restaurant on this site every month which will hopefully include details of the menu, the cost, the venue and maybe the odd photograph.
We also intend to post monthly recipes within this Food Review section. We will be contacting clients and asking them to send in details of recipes they have stumbled across or a particularly fine meal at a restaurant or pub. More details on this to follow.
We also try and visit as many beer festivals during the year as possible (someone’s got to do it!), and will look at the possibility of adding a Drink Review to this section also. We have a large number of clients in the drink industry and like to keep abreast and up to date with all real ales. Again, details to follow on this one.
